At Cable Value, we aim to provide reliable services with transparent billing. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and equipment returns.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your Cable Value services at any time by calling our customer support center at +1 (877) 470-4555.
- No-Contract Plans: If you are on a standard no-contract plan, you can cancel at any time without early termination fees.
- Cancellation requests are processed immediately, but service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle unless you request immediate termination.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed under the following specific circumstances:
- Prorated Refunds: Cable Value bills in advance for monthly services. If you cancel your service mid-cycle, you are generally not entitled to a prorated refund for the remainder of that billing cycle, unless required by local state law.
- Service Outages: If your service is completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a network fault on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated credit applied to your next bill. Outages caused by customer equipment, power outages, or severe weather events beyond our control are excluded.
- Billing Errors: If you are accidentally overcharged due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the overcharged amount directly to your original payment method.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new customers, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your monthly service fee if you are not satisfied with your connection. To qualify:
- You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation date.
- Installation fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- All leased equipment must be returned in good working order before the refund is issued.
4. Equipment Returns
Upon cancellation, you must return any modems, routers, or TV receivers provided by Cable Value within 14 days.
If equipment is not returned, or returned significantly damaged, an Unreturned Equipment Fee will be charged to the payment method on file. The fee varies based on the specific hardware model provided.
